What should I do if I'm having trouble checking in?
- Your roommate may have already checked in. Tell the hotel your roommate's name. The hotel should be able to locate your reservation as an "active stay" in their system.
- Provide your hotel confirmation code. This is listed on the hotel reservation confirmation Roost emailed you. You can also locate this code from the Trips Dashboard in your "Active trip".
- Call your roommate and have them verify to the hotel that both of you are sharing the room together. Your roommate's cell phone number will be listed on your hotel reservation confirmation.
