Some reasons include (but are not limited to):
- having an extensive criminal history
- being dishonest when you created your account
- having inappropriate/threatening content on your profile
If you do not pass Roost's background check we will let you know via email. Depending on the reason you did not pass, Roost may terminate your account and cancel any bookings you may have made while your account was pending verification. If this is the case you’ll receive a full refund to your original form of payment.
