On the "Reserve your room" page enter your payment details in the appropriate box. Then complete your booking. Roost accepts payment from all major credit and debit cards.
Your card will initially be charged for the full amount the room. 50% of your total will automatically be refunded to your card once you match with a roommate. We'll issue your refund immediately, but it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process it.
If you have not matched with a roommate by 3 days before your check-in date, or you've chosen to stay in your own private room, you will not receive your 50% Roommate Match refund.
All payments are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Roost does not store any of your payment information.
