When you use Roost you are paying for a hotel room. Your payment does not include any incidental and extra charges that the hotel may charge. This is why most hotels will ask to see a credit card when you check in.
Incidental and extra charges include (but are not limited to)...
- Taxes collected at the hotel
- Room service and mini-bar
- Resort fees
- Room damage
- Property damage
- Noise complaints
- Dry cleaning
- Late check-in/out requests.
Roost is not responsible for paying any incidentals or extra charges. All additional charges must be paid for at the time of use, before checkout, or at checkout.
It's up to both you and your roommate to work out how to pay for any incidentals and extra charges. If you cannot agree as to how much each of you should pay, the charges should be split equally.
To avoid any confusion or dispute, Roost strongly recommends that you pay for any extra charges you incur at the time of use.
